Poached Pears Baked in Puff Pastry
Crisp, buttery and golden brown on the outside with a creamy pear interior flavored delicately with cinnamon, clove and vanilla. There are a few steps to this recipe, but they are worth every one of them. I found the recipe on "The Little Epicurean" blog.
